Acceptable Use Policy — AI Generated Content

Last updated: September 10, 2026

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all content generated, published, transmitted, or stored through 3DForge's AI-powered 3D modeling service. This includes text prompts, uploaded photographs, generated 3D models, and all other content.

2. Content Standards — Prohibited Categories

3DForge strictly prohibits the generation of the following six categories of content:

  • Sexual / NSFW Content — Any sexually explicit, adult-oriented, or pornographic material
  • Violence / Gore — Content depicting graphic violence, blood, or bodily harm
  • Hate Speech — Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Child Safety (CSAM) — Any content sexualizing minors, depicting child exploitation, or involving minors in inappropriate situations. This includes pseudo-CSAM and any content that could be mistaken for a minor
  • Deepfake / Impersonation — AI-generated content that impersonates real individuals, including synthetic audio, video, or images designed to deceive viewers about their source or authenticity. This includes impersonation of public figures, private individuals, or brand representatives without consent
  • Copyright / Trademark Infringement — Content that violates intellectual property rights, including unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted characters, brand logos, patented products, or trade secrets

2.1 Zero Tolerance Violations

The following violations result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement:

  • Child sexual exploitation content (CSAM) or any sexualization of minors
  • Content promoting or assisting terrorism, extremism, or mass violence
  • Instructions for manufacturing weapons of mass destruction
  • Content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred
  • Non-consensual Deepfake sexual content targeting real individuals

3. Content Moderation

3DForge employs a multi-layered content moderation system:

  • Pre-generation filtering — All user prompts are scanned for prohibited content, keywords, and malicious intent before processing
  • Post-generation filtering — Generated 3D content is evaluated for safety before being presented to the user
  • Pattern analysis — Abnormal API usage patterns are monitored to detect platform abuse
  • Human review — Flagged content is reviewed by our trust and safety team
  • Reporting system — Users can report violations through our reporting channels

Content moderation is implemented via automated systems. Users should not assume that all prohibited content will be caught — compliance with this policy is the user's responsibility.
