1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 3DForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

3DForge provides AI-powered 3D product modeling services. We generate 3D models from uploaded product photographs. Our platform utilizes third-party AI models including Flux and other industry-standard AI models for image understanding and 3D generation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use 3DForge to generate the following prohibited content categories:

  • Sexual / NSFW Content — Sexually explicit, adult-oriented, or pornographic material
  • Violence / Gore — Content depicting graphic violence, blood, or bodily harm
  • Hate Speech — Content promoting hatred or discrimination against protected groups
  • Child Safety (CSAM) — Any content sexualizing minors or depicting child exploitation
  • Deepfake / Impersonation — AI-generated content impersonating real individuals without consent
  • Copyright / Trademark Infringement — Content violating intellectual property rights

Additionally, you agree not to:

  • Generate content depicting real people without their explicit consent
  • Upload photographs containing copyrighted material you don't have rights to
  • Create deceptive content designed to mislead
  • Use our service to impersonate professionals (e.g., claiming AI output is from a licensed expert)
  • Attempt to bypass content safety filters

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Waffo Pancake, our payment processing partner (Merchant of Record). By purchasing credits or subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan or credit pack
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Credit packs are valid for 30 days from purchase; unused credits expire after the validity period
  • Subscription plans provide ongoing access to platform features for the billing period
  • Your payment data is securely handled by Waffo Pancake (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store your card details.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

For credit packs: All purchases are final. Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, as they are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase.

For subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy available at /refund.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the photographs you upload and the 3D models you generate using 3DForge. We claim no ownership over your content. 3DForge trademarks and technology are owned by us.

8. Limitation of Liability

3DForge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
